30 Day Full Body Challenge
As most of you have probably seen, 30 day challenges are a popular thing on Pinterest. Well I wanted one that would challenge my whole body and not just one part, so I created my own! I made up this one. Pretty much every body part is challenged. Today is day 1 for me, join me in the challenge!

Foam Glow 5k Run!
Tonight my friend and I ran in the Foam Glow 5k in Chicago! It was so fun! If you are familiar with the color run or any run like that, this one is vary similar except instead of the powder paint it is all foam, obviously. The race also is a night because the foam is glow in the dark! Before the race there is a sound stage with DJs and the same after the race, the after party is a lot more fun. If you're interested in running check out their website: http://www.foamglow.com. They still have some dates left for this year! If you would rather run the powder paint version (or both, I did the powder version last month) here is a link to their other website: http://www.blacklightrun.com. Both of these runs are great for beginners and welcome walkers! There are also quite a few kids, so bring them along too!

Sunday Run-Day
Had a long but fun weekend! But took some time off the gym after my 2 1/2 hours of training at a new gym on Friday. So today I took it easy with a 4.25 mile run and a 1.75 mile bike ride!

M & M Mini Cookies
I saw a recipe similar to this on pinterest but I decided to change it a little bit! I absolutely loved these cookies and the fact that they're mini sized!
Ingredients:
1 1/3 C. All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Cornstarch
1/4 & 1/8 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 C. Unsalted Butter
1/2 C. Packed Light-Brown Sugar
1/4 C. Granulated Sugar
1 Large Egg
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Mini M&M's or Mini Chocolate Chips **I did not measure these out, I just kind of added until I thought it was enough
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a small mixing bowl whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt for 20 seconds, set aside
Place butter in a large microwave safe bowl, heat in microwave on HIGH power until butter has melted halfway. Remove and whisk until fully melted.
Add brown sugar and granulated sugar, use mixer (hand or Kitchen Aid counter top mixer) blend mixture on medium speed until well combined.
Mix in egg and vanilla extract.
With mixer set on low speed, slowly add in dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Stir in m&m's/chocolate chips.
Scoop dough out a slightly heaping 1/2 tsp at a time and drop onto pan/cookie sheet (use parchment paper on pan so cookies do not stick)
Bake in preheated oven about 5 - 6 minutes (I baked mine for 7 but my oven is older so watch cookies after 5 minutes) (they should still fill soft and slightly under-baked, they will continue to cook slightly once removed from oven so carefully not to over-bake).
Remove from oven and cool on baking sheet several minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool. Store in an airtight container.
